Hollow Knight Silksong - All Mask Shards Locations Guide (Health Upgrades)

There are a total of 20 Mask Shards to find in Silksong. This video will show you where to find all Mask Shards, to get 10 total health masks. You need to collect 4 Mask Shards, and then you will get a full Mask, which will increase your health by one.

None of the Mask Shards are missable, but some are linked to quests, and a few are locked behind Act 3 so in order to get the maximum health upgrades you will need to be far into the game. Some Mask Shards quire abilities, which are noted in the video.
