I have a 'thing' about war darts - I love them and find them fascinating. So imagine how interested I was to find a drawing from 1433 of a different kind of war dart.

The drawing comes from 'De Ingenesis' by Mariano Taccola and shows a throwing stick with a cord and a fletched dart that has the fletchings halfway down the shaft - altogether really weird.

So I make them, I throw them and I love/hate them!!!!

If you would like to support this channel, visiting my sites really helps as does signing up to the news letter on the websites, either one is fine.
