Tods Workshop | Dark Ages CROSSBOW FISHING? @tods_workshop | Uploaded 3 years ago | Updated 12 minutes ago
A thousand years ago a lakeside stilt village in Southern France burnt down and amongst the ruins, a very simple, very basic, very 'home made' Dark Ages Colletiere-a-Charvanes crossbow was found.
Clearly a light weight, small game hunting bow, it would have been used for birds and rabbits, but could it have been used for fishing? If you want to find out, use the plans and make your own!
