I'm one of the judges for Reallusion's 2026 3D Character Contest this year, and I'm also co-hosting it inside my Discord... so I wanted to invite you to it properly.
It's open to everyone, there's over $45,000 in cash and prizes on the line, and it runs until the end of August. Every entry starts from a free, already-rigged Character Creator base, so you skip the setup headache and just focus on making something that's actually yours. From there it's your pipeline... ZBrush, Blender, Maya, whatever you're comfortable with.
If the software cost has ever been the thing stopping you, look into the Portfolio Artist Program. Qualified applicants get three months of the full suite for free, with new content packs dropping every couple of weeks.
Come build something with us. Jump in the Discord, post your progress in the dedicated channels, get feedback, and go through the whole thing alongside everyone else instead of grinding away on your own. That's honestly the best part.
