Reality- what a concept. Fun title, huh! This vid is about How we percieve things, how what we percieve is really what is reflected to us through a big old filter of beliefs and fears and judgments, real or imagined. I had fun thinking through this stuff and I had fun getting some broll and doing more creatively with this one.
I was talking about methods of being grounded, shifting perspectives to not feel so bogged down by the difficulty of the world. I talked a little bit about how it feels to be demonized by people who don't understand my faith journey and how that doesn't look the way some of them think it should look. But beliefs and faiths can evolve, and the expression of them can too. We are allowed to do what feels the most authentic and genuine. I don't think a supreme being demands that we stay in stasis and if they do that is a boring and pitiful being to expect that of humans. We aren't meant to stagnate.
I shared some of my writing too- and that always feels good. I know there's a lot of good stuff to chew on and think through in this video- and it was fun to make and I would love to hear how it feels once you've listened to it.
