I'm vlogging in my kitchen while I do dishes and I'm expressing myself through poetry and broll I had fun doing. It feels good to feel my feelings and share art that unlocks joy inside of me. I talk about my conversation I recorded with Lisann Valentine, who is a fourth generation shaman and I'm just mulling over the things she said and what it meant to me. And then I found a poem that I wrote earlier and saw how it fit with the theme of what I was talking about really well!

I am not a politician, I am an expat in Sweden, and it felt like a good idea to put out the good things going on at Almedalsveckan to help promote what they are doing.
Especially the poor people of Chile that were kidnapped from their families and sold to Swedish families who were told that they were saving them from a hard life. Especially the people who are in danger for their lives and families and losing everything if they want to change religions in certain countries. These are heavy things to learn, but the people that are here come with hope for change. Its a powerful thing.
The next videos will be more organized with more input from the people, but you gotta start somewhere.
