My brain was turning around a bunch of different tracks over the past few days. The love of spring, the appreciation of the beauty and smells. The things my parents didn't do great in raising me. Adjusting to my post baby body and feeling strange and not awesome in it. I talk about my reasoning for not dieting, for choosing at a young age to not let weight bother me or be a thing to obsess about.
I talk about the things I'm proud to be doing with my kids. That they won't be raised with homophobia or transphobia. That they will know they are beautiful and not have all the purity culture hang ups with expressing their bodies and feeling their best.

I am not a politician, I am an expat in Sweden, and it felt like a good idea to put out the good things going on at Almedalsveckan to help promote what they are doing.
Especially the poor people of Chile that were kidnapped from their families and sold to Swedish families who were told that they were saving them from a hard life. Especially the people who are in danger for their lives and families and losing everything if they want to change religions in certain countries. These are heavy things to learn, but the people that are here come with hope for change. Its a powerful thing.
The next videos will be more organized with more input from the people, but you gotta start somewhere.
