What an amazing day this was. I got to see so many people. I got to see my kids perform (no footage of that but trust me it was neat). In this vlog I shared thoughts about Insight Timer, about dealing with feelings of unworthiness, about thankfulness and embracing what I have.

This was one of those on top of the world kind of days, and I'm happy to share these happy memories with you.
