The flag is a legal declaration. If you want us to think you will honor your oaths or be a civil leader in the community, then we expect you to demonstrate that ability by following the Flag code.
Sure you are free to do whatever you like, make a t-shirs with it, table cloths, door matts even,....but it is still a desecration and violation of the code the flag stands upon. So not not expect us to believe it when you parade old glory around as if you know better than us.
