Tree limbs can tell us a story about a tree's past, about the weather, about the environment it's grown up in, about interaction with humans and other animals, the direction, and much more! Today I share the most basic of "limb reading" -- how trees interact with sunlight. Try this yourself -- see if you can figure out how trees have responded to the path of the sun, and see if you find trees that seem to be "doing their own thing". We can learn so much from trees!
