I am doing a book review reading Mexican thriller/horror books in Mexico - and I was shocked how many things mentioned in one book are things I was experiencing at the same time! Thankfully it wasn't the horrifying haunted house situation!

The two books, The Hacienda and The Daughter of Doctor Moreau, are classified as horror books on GoodReads, but one leans a little more thriller and sci-fi so it might be a stretch to say I am reading HORROR books... but you get the point right?
