This video shows four different experiments that can be used to establish the reactivity series of the following metallic elements: magnesium, iron, copper, lead and zinc.

1. A sample of each metal is added to distilled water (0:44)
2. A sample of each metal is added to dilute hydrochloric acid (2:05)
3. A sample of each metal (except copper) is added to copper sulfate solution (3:49)
4. A sample of each metal (except lead) is added to lead nitrate solution (6:05)
