In this video, hydrochloric acid is reacted with calcium carbonate clips. This reactions is repeated at four different temperatures. The reaction rate is monitored by measuring the time taken to collect a certain volume of carbon dioxide using a gas syringe.

As you will see, a relatively modest increase in temperature can often lead to a significant increase in the rate of a chemical reaction.
