Pestilence randomly spawns near & around Tall Trees, could be found very early in Undead Nightmare. After the “Curious Tales from Blackwater” mission, easy to lose around the trees & could take several in-game days to spawn if missed.

Horse Description: A ghastly harbinger of plague and disease that's easily identifiable by its exposed wounds and ocular hemorrhaging, Pestilence.
