UPDATE: I found out that my Roady XM Satellite Radio was picking up the signals from the RC pen from it's remote IR sensor. The XM was hooked to my PC so I could listen to music when on the computer or playing Minecraft.
This is my RadioShack micro RC pen and I found out that it causes clicking sounds in my PC speakers. Dunno why this is b/c this car uses IR and not RF.
