This is the story of WWII Marine Charles B. Kelley who served in C company, 22nd Marines, 6th Marine Division on Guam and Okinawa. This is a riveting first hand account of front line action and how it affects the individuals involved. Mr. Kelley is a wonderful storyteller whose stream of consciousness will have you transfixed sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to hear what he will say next. The interview starts with Mr. Kelley describing his early life, how he entered the military, going overseas, his experiences on Guam and then combat on OKINAWA and then life after the war and meeting his buddies who he served with and VERY IMPORTANT LIFE ADVICE for future generations. Never forget that real men died for our existence today and we must live our lives in a way worthy of their sacrifices...
