I interfaced a variety of Winsen gas sensors and a Bosch temperature/humidity sensor to a raspberry pi zero W, and then wrote a daemon that makes the data available to prometheus and grafana where it can be archived and easily queried in graphical format. I'm planning on deploying these sensors in several different places (my office, living area, outside, garage, etc). For more electronics projects, see smbaker.com
