One of the pains of using the Raspberry Pi as a desktop is the overheating. Open a web browser and soon it heats up. Open a few more applications and temperature goes even further and you start seeing a flashing temperature warning.
If you want to use a Raspberry Pi for any decent workload, you must have some sort of cooling mechanism.
You can go with inexpensive active cooler fans.

Here, I am using the official Raspberry Pi 5 active cooler and see its effectiveness in keeping the CPU temperature down.
