Coyote comes across an unbelievably rare, vibrant blue crayfish!
This clip dives straight into the exploration of the remote backcountry of West Virginia with herpetologist Tim Brust, the team set out to track down this elusive mountain treasure by searching through rocky seep zones where water trickles out of the hillsides.
Unlike most crayfish, which inhabit streams and rivers, this unusual species lives deep underground. And while that makes it incredibly unique… it also makes finding one far more challenging than it sounds.
