The Buddistick vertical antenna is a popular choice among the QRP Amateur radio enthusiasts. It is pretty versatile with an adequate collection of accessories, which are quite expensive. The most important one is Tripod which would cost you a half of the Buddistick price. How about spending 4-5 times less and still have a decent tripod? Enter the Fishing Rod Rest!
