An item inspired by candybox2.net which randomly shoots fireballs in eight directions.
This uses a concept I made a video about earlier, to use @r to tag armor stand that will not get eliminated.
In addition to this, I use features of my "Climbing" concept to detect when the armor stand has touched the ground.
