This is an issue I have encountered many many times and I always use this method to fix it up.

FIRST METHOD
/execute @e[name=Bug,c=1] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[name=Bug,r=5,rm=0]

SECOND METHOD
/execute @r[type=armor_stand,name=Bug,c=1] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[name=Bug,r=5,rm=0]

THIRD METHOD
/scoreboard objectives add statCheckEntity dummy

/scoreboard players set @e[name=Bug] statCheckEntity 0

/execute @e[name=Bug] ~ ~ ~/stats entity @e[name=Bug,c=1] set SuccessCount @e[name=Bug,c=1] statCheckEntity

/execute @e[name=Bug] ~ ~ ~ testfor @e[name=Bug,r=5]

/execute @e[name=Bug,score_statCheckEntity_min=2,c=1] ~ ~ ~ kill @e[name=Bug,c=1]
