With a grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the Charlotte Arts & Science Council has set out to produce random acts of culture in and around the city of Charlotte. The ASC organizes singers, dancers and musicians to put on public performances as a means to greater enhance art appreciation in the city.
