In Spain, demonstrations were organized in many cities, especially the capital Madrid, in support of Palestine.
Called by several non-governmental organizations, the demonstrations in Madrid brought crowds to the famous Retiro Park, gathering in front of the Alfonso XII Monument to protest Israel’s genocide in Palestine.
It was announced that pro-Palestine demonstrations in Spain would take place throughout the day at different times in many cities beyond the capital Madrid, including Seville, Granada, Barcelona, Las Palmas, Tenerife, Segovia, Soria, and Bilbao.
