This fun clothespin angel features the Color Collage Fabric Collection from Northcott Fabrics. It's fun and easy!
You Can Make This!
Supply List:
One 2.5 x 9-inch strip of Color Collage fabric (I used orange,)
Pinking Shears, Scissors,
Nine inches of 1/2-inch wide ribbon trim (I used hot pink gingham with pompom edge from Hobby Lobby)
Sewing machine, Thread to match fabric and trim,
Quilting thread, hand-sewing needle, Thimble (optional)
Twelve inches of 6-inch wide tulle (mine is yellow,)
Hot glue gun,
One wooden clothespin,
For face: Woodburning tool (may use permanent marker instead,) Red acrylic paint, Bamboo skewer, Fine-point permanent brown marker, Cosmetic blush, Cotton swab,
Hot pink permanent marker for shoes (optional)
For hair - acrylic yarn in color of your choice (mine is hot pink "Yarn Bee" from Hobby Lobby)
Pompom maker - size 25mm (mine is from Clover - the purple one!)
Baker's Twine and a needle large enough to accommodate it,
20-gauge gold wire, Wire Cutters,
Two colors of felt for wings, bodice and arms (I used yellow and orange)
One flower applique approximately 1-inch,
Ruler,
Die cutting machine and dies for a heart - about 1-inch, and Butterfly - about 2 inches across, OR you may free-hand cut similar shapes,
One white pre-tied bow (La Petites from Michael's)
