We visited Mori Art Museum in Roppongi Hills to see the Railroad Story in the Sky Train Exhibit (TENKU NO TETSUDOU MONOGATARI) featuring the Japan Rail companies and private Japanese rail lines! There was a bunch of old signage, tickets, machines, parts of trains, memorabilia and games. I'd recommend the actual JR museums more than this particular exhibit, but it was super fun.
