It was unbelievably windy today.
Yesterday I got word that the UP OCS would be making it's way back towards Chicago on the NS to be handed back off to the Union Pacific, so I decided to make my way to Chesterton to snag them and ended up not only getting them but some pretty nice trains as well such as the Lake Shore Limited with two Northern Pacific private cars, and a South Shore power move. After that I made my way back west after hearing that the OCS was stopped on the NS and would be going to Proviso with the two Landmark Units, so I went over to Melrose Park to snag them and after that I just went to the usual spots and managed to get some good action at the end of the day. Despite the wind making it difficult for me to film certain points in the video. Enjoy!
