We're finally back.
Today marked the first major event for the Illinois Railway Museum's 2026 Season in the form of Pullman Weekend, celebrating all things related to the Pullman Company. While some clouds made some appearances here and there, it was good to finally be back at the IRM after a while and see some of the trains run in the form of CNW 1518, CNW 411, CRIP 4506, and even CB&Q 504. In addition we also checked out Barn 9 to see all the space that was recently made following the completion of Barn 15. As well as most of the day being at IRM, we managed to snag two extra trains in the form of a Belvidere Sub train passing the grounds and CPKC 246 later in the day with one of the 250 Units in the lead. All in all, not too bad of a day. Enjoy!
