A 30 minuet timed count of the exact same set up as in the video showed an average of 55.1cpm. The background was 39.83cpm.

My background at chest height is 34cpm. But my floor/carpet is always a little higher hence the 39.83cpm

I tested 1 tea bag on its own. Again 30min timed count, this returned 53.06cpm. Therefore this one tea bag is 13.23cpm which is 38.9% above my background.

(These were just quick tests).
