This is a game I have made in WarioWare DIY upon request. Oil Man races with MegaMan and Bass. MegaMan rides on a wave runner bike as used in Wave Man's stage, and Bass is flying around using his Treble wing adaptor..
The game has both Oil Man's US and JPN's color schemes. Only one of the two color schemes appears is random.
You can make Oil Man move forwards by tapping on him. Make sure he crosses the finish line first, or you lose the game.
Whether MegaMan or Bass is located more tot he right on the screen when the finish line shows up, they move a bit faster towards the line. But if they are far left of the screen, they just still move around.
When you tap Oil Man while either MM or Bass is over him, you can 'bump' into them and make them move backwards a bit.
