Update 10/20: Rachel’s car has been located. Unfortunately, remains were found in the proximity of the vehicle. As far as I know, there hasn’t been an official confirmation. Praying for Rachel’s family.

On July 21, 2021, 41-year-old Rachel Lynn Hazen disappeared from Nashville, Michigan. On the day she was last seen, Rachel and her son attempted to find a rehabilitation center for her to check in to. While they were unsuccessful, they did manage to schedule an appointment with the Barry County Mental Health Authority for the following day (7/22). Unfortunately, Rachel never showed up to her appointment. She hasn't been seen or heard from since.
