‘RAAM: The Reckoning’ is the second documentary in a two part series that follows record breaking bike racers, Mark Beaumont Jonathan Shubert, as they attempt to win the two-person category in the world’s toughest endurance cycling race: the Race Across America. They have a World Record in their sight!
From California to the Maryland Coast, Race Across America spans almost 5,000 km and includes over 17,000 metres of climbing. The film follows Mark and Jon as they endeavour to break the current pairs world record of 6 days and 10 hours . With just six months of training behind them, are they physically and mentally ready? Will the pressure prove to be too much for the riders and support crew?
