This is an unreleased Super Famicom remake of Game Freak's first game, Quinty aka Mendel Palace, in development between 1996 and 1999 for the Nintendo Power service. This version of the game was also pitched for a revival for the Wii.
After trying it I think these builds are not really polished and are in a buggy state. I don't know if it's completable or not.
