A quick way to transplant long-stem seedlings more deeply in a no dig bed, so stems are sheltered and plants establish strongly.

In the soft surface of a no dig bed, it's quick and easy to make a slightly deeper hole for transplanting vegetables and flowers with long stems. There are supported by the surrounding soil and compost - but notice that I don't fill the hole completely, it fills with time and rainfall.

You can find the dibbers like this here charlesdowding.co.uk/products/long-handled-ash-dibber?variant=49015163191619

Module trays like this are available in many countries, so UK charlesdowding.co.uk/products/module-tray-starter-pack?variant=49015164961091,
And in N America allaboutthegarden.com/products/charles-dowding-modular-trays?srsltid=AfmBOoqRXYws4FRlgGaKySfvbwyhOtaes69FjZeJtJArVal7PVfD-R7R

The potting mix I recommend is GroWorm groworm.co.uk/collections/black-gold-50-litre-compost/products/black-gold-peat-free-organic-compost-40l
