Hey guys, just a quick channel update. I took a short vacation, and I am in Texas right now. Just visited a cool mammoth park: nps.gov/waco/index.htm where some 67,000 years ago these huge beasts found themselves caught in a flood, they all died, then 67,000 years later their remains were found.
As for cubing-
I just recently finished a tutorial on a magnetic Chuwen 2x2. Well, it's almost finished. I just have a few little more things to edit, and do a little more voiceover work on it. And I should have it uploaded in several days. Hope everyone's doing well. I'll see you guys later. Happy cubing!

Totally non-cubing related. (Skip over if you dont like jazz music or dont want to see me play my trumpet!).
In New Orleans, second line parades start with the sound from a lone trumpet. He signals three times- often theres a response from the crowd to each of his three signals. Then the music starts! The festivities begin! The parade rolls! Its Mardi Gras time! Laissez les bons temps roule!
Heres my take on the second line standard, Joe Averys Blues to usher in the start of Mardi Gras 2018 here in Louisiana!

You may have heard a small segment of this before, since I use a tiny excerpt for the intro music to my cubing videos! ;-) Heres the entire tune. I think I posted it before to my cubing channel last February, but Ive quite a few more new subs since then.
Whats nice about living in Louisiana is there really isnt much of a break between Christmas and Mardi Gras season. It seems one flows right into the other. As a matter of fact, some people keep their Christmas trees out and change the decorations to purple, green, and gold colors, the colors of Mardi Gras! We even have purple, green, and gold wreathes we hang on our doors and windows! :-)
