Days after a dozen rail cars overturned at the historic Horseshoe Curve in Blair County, Norfolk Southern is responding to inquiries about their response to the derailment and what that process looks like.
On Tuesday afternoon, a video camera located at the Horseshoe Curve visitor center captured the moment when a Norfolk Southern train overturned on the tracks --- marking the third derailment on or near the historic site this year.
