The York County SPCA is facing backlash for their SNR (Spay, Neuter, Return) practices.
Carol Molina, the founder of Feline Solutions, has over 35 years of experience with Trapping and Neutering (TNR) and SNR and said YCSPCA is putting a strain on other rescues in the county.
This comes on the heels of a petition calling for leadership change at the YCSPCA which has over 1,500 signatures.
“You can't just throw a cat on the street corner in York, and that's what's happening,” Molina said.
Recently, a colony cat named Elton ended up in Molina’s care after he was brought by a “finder” to the YCSPCA with an injured leg.
