Welcome to my breaking point. I have to acknowledge my social media addiction, obsession with likes, and toxic productivity. I don't want to waste my life on things that no longer bring me joy.

It's not a matter of IF millennials experience an early life crisis, but more so WHEN. With a dense world of capitalism, social media, and constant negative news cycle, our mental health deteriorates as our physical bodies try to keep up. I'm hoping to document my mental health journey to inspire and connect with other struggling individuals. Stay tuned for part 2!
