QRM is Killing Ham Radio for me and many others is there anything we can do to fight against it?
QRM is the unwanted noise on a radio reception, it falls into many groups,
1, Intentional: When an operator keys up over a transmission with the intension to block or disrupt a QSO (in my book this is the worst kind).
2, Unintentional: When an operator keys up over a transmission or close to the same frequency but is unaware that someone else is already on or close to the frequency.
3, Unaware: When someone purchase an electrical item that radiates / emits electromagnetic energy in the form of RF across a broad area of the RF spectrum (this is the hardest one to track down and fix). In my case it is the latter one. I believe someone in my neighbour hood has purchased an item that is emitting RF maybe something like a fish tank or a new TV with a bad power supply..
Can I fix it? ...

I'm going to need to find the source of the interference so follow me on the next part of the hunt.
