How to build your own Variable Capacitor, Having seen the prices on some of the websites for secondhand Variable Capacitors I come to the conclusion I would be better off building my own.

So this video is about just that, things you will need include:

Sheet of aluminium (I used 2mm thick)
6mm OD aluminium tube (1mm wall)
JigSaw with a fine metal cutting blade
Scroll Saw and Blade
Metal File
M4 Threaded bar
M4 Nuts
and lots of time, lots of time.....
