While this video technically is filler in that it was released for a compilation a few years ago, a realization motivated me to finally get around to making a video for it now that I can: this video has been published on the 20th anniversary of the 2003 iteration of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and my personal favorite iteration at that.
Needless to say in light of the visuals, I am a huge fan of Leatherhead as he was originally written by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird: instead of a two-dimensional villain sporting Cajun stereotypes, he was originally a somewhat tragic side character who did mean well despite a bad temper, traits that thankfully did reappear for the 2003 and 2012 cartoons. This music covers the tragic side as I see it.
