Do not do this, the Pyramid Power Supply isn't very good as it's "continuous" duty is only 15 minutes. A quick video showing the voltage and current decay from this power supply under supposed full load.
I wouldn't recommend the Coleman 2000000251 power supply either. I had the older version of that power supply and it only lasted a week of accumulated run time.
Our RV has a 3-way fridge but that fridge doesn't work when the van is parked on an angle so we use the Coleman cooler at first and then transfer the food to the fridge afterwards. Our Jeep also has a 12 Volt receptacle in the back and this cooler works well in it.
