It's only been about 3000 miles over the past year but we did quite a bit with the van as far as types of driving. We've towed an 8000 pound enclosed trailer with a total vehicle weight of 16,000 pounds, we've run old highway and new all terrain tires, we've travelled at 85 mph, been up through some hilly twisty roads, etc.
This kit is all you would require to take your Roadtrek through Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala based on a trip I did back in 2001. They have some big speed bumps (topes) which you would never be able to get over with a stock Roadtrek. The roads on the pay highways are fantastic and more than adequate on the free highways that go through the villages but note that they don't really have campgrounds.
This is also enough to do trips like going to Alaska without fearing of getting stuck on a hump in a campground.
I am happy with the kit. As I mention in the video I would recommend buying remote reservoir shocks for the added adjustability. You should plan to fabricate steel braided brake lines and taller rear bump stops.
