In this first installment of PyMOL 101, KP teaches you the basics of the PyMOL Graphical User Interface (GUI, pronounced “gooey”). In lesson 1, you’ll learn to:
• Load the biological unit of structures
• Rotate, zoom, and reposition molecules
• Interpret the sequence display
• Zoom in on a feature of a particular structure
• Adjust clipping
