So I wanted a TV tripod for my commercial-grade LG M3200C monitor and settled on this item made by Pyle. However it seems Pyle lists two distinctly different versions of this tripod with the exact same model number: PTVSTNDPT3215. Here I show the two versions and how they differ from each other (and potentially which model you can end up with when ordering one).
One model is smaller and supports monitors with a 75x75mm or 100x100mm VESA mounting pattern. It can also rotate and swivel up to ~100 degrees. The mount appears non-removable so you'd have to leave the monitor/TV attached unless you have a method to remove/install it quickly for storage.
The other version is the one I wanted and supported larger monitors using a 200x200mm VESA mounting pattern. Overall it is a larger tripod and and the VESA mount can be removed from the tripod making storage of the tripod and monitor/TV used with it easier.
I actually filmed this in July of 2023 and never uploaded it until one year later...
