We’ve become a generation obsessed with watching others live their lives instead of living the one God gave us.
Every scroll, every like, every “quick check” slowly turns into hours of comparison, distraction, and spiritual strongholds. It’s not just about screen time — it’s about our salvation. We’ve replaced purpose with people-watching, calling it “connection,” when really, it’s keeping us disconnected from God’s calling.
It’s time to put the phone down.
To stop letting our dopamine be our direction.
To seek God’s voice more than the world’s noise.
Because while we’re busy monitoring everyone else’s lives, the enemy is keeping us from walking in the fullness of ours.
“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” — Colossians 3:2
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” — Matthew 6:22
