Howdy y’all, Lone Star Rider here! 🤠🏍️
The Rat Pack and I made a delicious stop at the famous Purple Pie Place in Custard, South Dakota, and it definitely lived up to the hype!
I decided to try something a little different—the Raspberry-Rhubarb-Jalapeño Pie topped with a scoop of Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream… and let me tell you, it was AWESOME! 🥧🍦 The sweet raspberries, tangy rhubarb, and just the right kick of jalapeño created an incredible combination that I wasn’t expecting.
Great food always tastes even better when you’re sharing it with great friends, and spending time with the Rat Pack made this stop one of the highlights of my Black Hills adventure.
If you’re riding through the Black Hills, heading to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, or just looking for one of South Dakota’s best dessert stops, be sure to put Purple Pie Place on your bucket list!
