While checking out Overland Expo Mountain West in Loveland, Colorado, I stopped by the Lectric Boil booth, and this is one product that really caught my attention.

Lectric Boil is working on a portable induction cooking system designed for camping, overlanding, van life, RV travel, and anyone who wants the convenience of electric cooking while on the road.

What really interests me is the idea of having a compact induction setup in the Riding For A Cure Van. No open flame, easy cooking, and something that could fit perfectly into my traveling lifestyle. 🚐⚡🍳

I had a great conversation with Jarret from Lectric Boil about their products, including their portable induction stove and the possibilities for both dual-burner and single-burner designs.

I’m looking forward to seeing where they take this product—and hopefully getting the opportunity to put one through some real-world Lone Star Rider testing on the road!
