1/4 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
2 tablespoons of oil
Approximately 1/3 cup of water

Filling
3/4 cup Toor dal (Arhar dal)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cardamom powder (Ilachi)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Also Needed
Approximately 3 tablespoons of oil
Approximately 1/2 cup of dry whole wheat to roll the bread
