This PUMPKIN FRENCH TOAST is a fall twist on the original and is absolutely delicious. It is quick and easy and would be a great Saturday morning breakfast.

Pumpkin French Toast
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
12 slices Bread

Whisk all of the ingredients together besides the bread. Make sure to whisk thoroughly. Dip the bread, one slice at a time, in the batter. Place on a hot, buttered griddle or skillet. Cook on each side until golden brown.
